Citroen Traction Avant

This was one of my hardest mods yet! I chopped the top. (which I have never done) With putty & custom made brackets I got it to fit. Then I molded in the rear doors and took out the glass that went with it, to make it look like a coupe. I used a Johnny Lightning 1950’s wing and shaped it to the roof & add a rear custom cut wing to it to make it look like one wing. Then I added a custom made rear end with a beefier rear axel. I placed Big Ass 1:12th scale slicks in the rear. I put bracing under chasse and bars in cab. I took out all seats and placed one racing seat with harness. I molded a new dash, a switch lever to operate parachute in back. Then squeezed a 1:12th scale Chevy big block dragster motor and Radiator in the 1:18th scale car. To make that happen I had to push the fire wall back, make a custom drive shaft, Cut out the hood supports, make custom engine brackets & had to take a little metal out of engine bay. Then added two 20lb NX bottles, fire extinguisher that feed into the engine bay. Lastly added a new bat shield in place of grill.
